CMA Engineers gives back to the public...
Public Service
CMA Engineers has unique programs in place to assure that the firm and its principals and staff have the flexibility
to provide service to the public in a variety of ways:
- Time off for charitable causes - an extra week off, with pay, for approved charitable activities
- Company matches of charitable contributions
- Company coordination of charitable events
- Flexibility and encouragement for staff to serve as members of public boards and commissions
- Pro Bono work on projects:
- Clerk of the works on the installation of an 11 ton pipe organ
on the second floor of an 1806 church
- Representation of a citizens group in dealing appropriately with an urban, colonial African American burial ground
- Permitting services to assist in the start-up of a private middle school
